5 Friends Every Women Needs To Have

Friends are like family to many and you should be able to count on them whenever you need them.  Here are 5 types of friends you should always have around.
1. A workout buddy: Working out can become a whole lot easier when your bestie is next to you.
2. A childhood friend: They know and love you for the person that you are and will remind you of the great memories that the two of you have build.
3. A spiritual friend:  Research shows that people who regularly engaged in prayer and meditation are less stressed than others. 
4. A new friend: It’s always refreshing to meet new people and they have no preconceived notions about you.  Try befriending the new girl at the job or woman in your yoga class.
5. Your mom: There is no one that will be more supportive, trusting and caring than your mother.  This should be a bond that is unbreakable.
