Not Protecting Your Skin From The Sun. It’s very important to wear a sunscreen or face moisturizer that contains SPF 15 of more to prevent sun damage or sunburn. It can worn alone or under your makeup.
Your Not Drinking Enough Water. Not giving your body an amble amount of water daily can be detrimental to your skin. Water keeps the cells hydrated; when we drink less water our skin becomes very dry which makes the skin appear to be aging faster than normal. Remember, you should have at least 8 ounce glasses of water per day.
Quit Smoking. Among other harmful causes, smoking can reek havoc on your face. Even your lips will lose there glow.
Sleep Deprivation. Not getting enough sleep can leave the skin tone off and gray not to mention it makes you look tired with bagging eyes and dark circles.
Lack Of Exercise. Exercising helps tone your body and gets the blood flowing. And let’s not forget the amount of energy how have after an amazing workout. Try to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
Consuming Too Much Alcohol.
Too much alcohol can cause damage to blood vessels in the skin and increase blood flow near the skin’s surface. It can also give your skin a flushed appearance. Remember, it’s alright to have a drink every now and then but don’t over do it.
